That depends on how many $$$$$ you want to spend.Nitrous is probably the cheapest, but you have to keep the bottle filled.Supercharging is probably next, but with exhaust and intake options can get expensive.Head porting and cams is another route you can go.With a good port and polish,an intake,a set of cams, and a set of headers with a high performance exhaust and tune you can gain 100 rwhp.Turbo's are probably the most expensive and give the highest gains. This is because you must buy everything at once, turbocharger, intake, cams, and exhaust.Installation also will come at this time. Also when you get into the 400 Hp range you have to keep an eye on things like the tune of the engine, running a higher octane fuel upgrading the crank, rods, and pistons to forged parts.

Well a twin turbo will give you the mot hp but will also cost the most money. My personal favorite is supercharging. I like the kenne bell 1.7 kit best. It costs about $5000 and will give you a tad over 400 RWHP @ 9 PSI. You can up the boost to 15 PSI I think but you will need forged internal for that (15 PSI = over 500 hp). Your stock internals can hold up to 450 hp. All you will need with that application is a new exhaust and CAI to help it breathe easier.
