Default 03/04 Cobra Throw-Out Bearing TSB?

I've read from a couple sites there is a TSB on the throw-out bearing for an 03/04.

When shifting from reverse, occasionally I get a decent vibration/whine in neutral with the clutch depressed and out, doesn't go away until I put it into first and neutral a couple times.

Also, when I release the clutch after a couple minutes of driving, there is a faint whistle (almost sounds like a car in the beginning stages of a squeeky belt), if I lift the clutch with my toe or slightly push down, it goes away until I hit a bump or shift again.

If I shut the car off and pull the pedal up, it'll go away for a good 40-50 shifts.

I'm going to be taking it into Ford soon, if the clutch is being pre-maturely worn, they will be replacing that also.
