I asked this question also.  I am dying to hear what people run in an 05+ SC car.  I just put a JDM stage II kit on my 06SC. But I sure would like to hear what people are running. I can only think that most Saleen owners never run their car.  I am not really into the strip, but I think I will end up taking it one time just to know.

Best I could muster was 14.01 in my '05 n/a.  Based on the magazine reports and Chi's times, I'm guessing I lost a couple tenths to exerience, a couple more to the 20" bling and P-Zero's and another tenth to the track being prepped for drags.

And now for the Holy Crap Award for 2008, only 4 months into the year at that.....The Jazzer for drumming up a 5 year old thread

Jazzer just ascribes to the oft underused and misunderstood notion of, "Never leave a thread behind!"

And not just one thread... All threads.  Like that 34 year old thread from West Virginia on the campaign trail.  The one that was trying to make ends meet on a single-income salary.  Heck, like the thread that was putting himself through college with a weekend job, the one that was Bitter and turned to guns and religion...  Even the lowly PJ thread...   (Channeling Obama)

Let's recognize Jazzer for his tireless efforts in this area!

Chuck

Yeah - good guy to have around here.  My hunch is (and I hope I'm wrong) that Saleen & Ford in general honked him off so bad (with the whole insurance and first Extreme produced issue) that he has jumped ship on us    I sent him a couple emails asking if things ever got worked out, but no response.  His last post was over 16 months ago and last login in was almost a year ago.  Oh well, another good one gone from the forum - hopefuly he's doing well and spreading his knowledge elswhere with other like-minded folks
