Rebuilt??? Piston number

When i took the head off my 6cyl it still had the hone marks and numbers on the piston heads.


I am wondering if they have any specific meaning like bore or forged or anything usefull.


Any info will help

I dont have any idea what those first numbers are but quig is right about it being bored 60 over

(Stock bore+.060)x stroke x 3.14 x 6 Will give you CID.

Is a 200ci stable when bored out .060?
