yeah not a good forum to bash cobras but a cobra and a vette stock for stock is a pretty good match but you have to consider that for around $500 you can get like 500hp out of a cobra. its a much better platform than a recently introduced car with not a big aftermarket

I recently posted about "killing" an '05 GT, but I did it with respect. I acknowledged that it was a very close race, that I was excited about it, and that the Mustang is a very nice car, nicer and prettier than my rattletrap. Even the other GM guys don't like you. Take the hint.
P.S. The C6 isn't all that much faster than a stock '03 Cobra, mid 12's vs high 12's. Whoopity doo.

The cobra is underrated so it probably pushing more than 400HP, but I can see this being a drivers race, but I have seen cobra's taking down vettes and vice versa. If you are talking money for money on a product per say that your vette is more expensive so it must be faster, I have to dissapoint you bluevette but that is not always the case. If you want to learn more about your competition (Cobra) then this is the place to learn but if you want to bash cars because you paid more for yours then you are heading to the ban-wagon. I only said it cuz you were talking about how much your vettes worth and who cares if you have a removable hardtop too? mine looks better and is more expensive was my point. And oh yeah, as for you being faster...do you realy think my 996 is stock???????? LMAO!! and if there is leagues, your vette falls way short of it...
