LOL...your friend is dreaming. SC 400's run high 15's to low 15 1/4 miles depending on the year. THe slowest I've ever seen a stang run at the track was 14.4 and that was driven by a girl who didn't know how to drive.

THe only way he could beat a stang is if he has tons of power mods.

Doubt it. I'm sick and tired of these LOSERS pulling up to me on the highway in their Lexus or Mercedes... while on their cell phones... looking at me sideways, trying to bait me. GIVE ME A #!*ING BREAK.

Their nice cars, but their meant to "entertain clients", "drive to the country club", and go thru the specialty coffee shop drivethru to pay $9.99 for a FLIPPING CUP OF JOE... NOT FOR RACING.

Lexus is slower than a stang, but beware of Mercedes AMG's and BMW M3's + M5's...because these cars will be faster than a stock stang. I didn't know this until I got smoked by an Mercedes AMG E55. I was absolutely amazed to see an average euro-looking 4 door sedan pull on me. I then did some research and these cars come with super-charged v8's with almost 500hp...and they run mid 12's stock!

Then I start doing more research and these cars are doing mid 11's at the track with some minor bolt-ons!!
