I have just installed all new pads, wheel cylinders, flexible hoses, wheel brake hardware, and master cylinder. I adjusted all the pads and also re-installed auto adjusters all around, I bled the master before installing, and I bled all four wheel cylinders starting with the closest one to the master. The pedal is perfect, but it takes some serious pressure to stop the car. No ned to pump, again the pedal is perfect. I took the car to get a new exhaust and told them to please bleed the brakes and see if I still had air in the lines or m/c. The pedal came up very little and still hard brakes!! I have owned this car since 1976, it was my first car and I know how the brakes should feel. Now my 16 yr old is about to start driving it and I can't figure out the problem.....Some advise please guys. Thnaks in advance..... ***1967 six cylinder/conv/manual/no power brakes***
