I recently got my mustang for graduation its a 2000 V6 2 door coupe. Ever since i got it my boyfriend has been BEGGING me to race so last night i did. He has a 2002 Toyota Matrix (i.e a mini van) its a 4 cylinder manual (i have an automatic) and he has 10 less hp than I. Anyway he beat me  but only by a hair because my engine kicked off at 99 so...I was wondering what can I do to up my hp with out any major work... or more or less what you guys think I need to do in order to boost it. Thanks

Nitrous is the cheapest and biggest bang for buck.

Don't forget, he weighs a lot less than you.

P.S. Those Matrix's aren't remotely close to fast.
