Default 2005 hard mounting something in the trunk, where to drill?

I've got a new XM Satellite receiver that is in my trunk. Where is it safe to drill the little holes you need to screw it down somewhere? I'd probably just collapse and cry if I drilled out of the trunk into the side of the car or something.

Any suggestions/photos?

An idea for you guys... I cut a piece of 3/4" MDF the size of the opening to the trunk with the back seats down and mounted it with hinges to the plastic "loops" behind the center of each seat by drilling and fastening with nuts and bolts. On top from behind I installed window latches so that I can raise the board and secure it, or, at my option, lower it back onto the floor of the trunk (actually the space between the seats and the trunk). So then I mounted two amps and crossover networks to the interior side so that I can show them off when desired when folding the rear seats forward, but can still conceal them by folding back and putting the rear seats upright. Best of both worlds, I think. Pic attached. Good luck.
