you might as well since you'll have it all apart then you wont have to worry for a long time

i'd put in sum mosers while you have it all apart so you got sum strength in there, i think i might have bent my axle too i was racing on a **** highway from a dead stop it was spinnning then hit 5000 rpm n wheel hopped really bad to 6000 rpm then when i hit second it wheel hopped a bit n then i stopped because the other guy blew a gear(my buddy) n heard this weird clunking n clinking noise, wasnt sure what it was but it only makes it when i go over bumps sumtimes. got any ideas?

honestly i wouldnt upgrade its a waste of money. unless you plan on going to 31 spline. if you already have 31 spline then upgrade but if your stock with 28 spline then i wouldnt and just put a stock on back in. chances are your not that powerfull yet to snap an axle or shear off the lugs or hub

I agree.
Unless your going to add a poweradder then i would'nt worry about it. Buy stock and slap it in. How much is a stock axle?
