Default High Idle

when i first turn the car on. it idles at around 1300RPMs. i have to rev the engine a few time to get it to go below 1000RPMs. why is that all the sudden

Have you tried cleaning the IAC valve?

it not wrong for that to happen it's like a choke but the computer regulates it, in conjuction with the iac vale and tps sensor, you should not rev the engine until it has had a few minutes to get a little warmed up and you shouldn't drive it hard until your into the normal range.

yeah man that is what its suppose to least i think so, mine does it fer a few minutes depending on tha temp outside, it does it at about 1100 then drops to bout 800 er so then i take it easy fer tha first couple of km to let it get warmed up.
