All these new mustangs are cool but theres one thing thats missing...chrome. It would make that car look way better. The grill looks pretty weak. One thing that appealed to me about the 65-69 mustangs was the grill. Its lost its "tough-bad ass" look. They went weak on the sides. They were going for the modernized-classic look but they overlooked too many other great aspects.

It is a "CONCEPT". The CONCEPT didn'thave a back seat. I don't know about the rest of you be look at the massive blind spot from the CONCEPT's c-pillars. Its big enough to hide a Miata. Here in DC, switching lanes is a difference between being on time for work or 5 minutes late, I need to see what the hell is next to me.</P>


The fake side scoop on the outgoing model made its way to the CONCEPT but thank god it didn't make it to production. Its a modern classic and not taking the CONCEPT literally, Ford did a great job transitioning from the CONCEPT to a functional, non fake scoops production car.</P>


I love it. Its very American and very modern.</P>

i am into the first mustangs 64-69 and i personally love the new mustang i think it looks nice, i did some computer editing and put other rims and a body kit and i think it looks awesome. And obsol3te im with u with the fox bodys i thought they where pretty ugly but they grew on me and now they are on my top list of fav mustangs. <IMG src=smileys/smiley16.gif border="0">

I LOVE the new 2005 Mustang GT. Ford did just enough retro to bring oldtime mustang lovers running to get a new one, and enough new to bring in new. I do agree with the idea of some chrome.</P>


Definitely will be going down to Ford in September to have a look and test drive. I do not care for the red or briliant blueleather thing they got going on, but to each his own. As long as I haveother choices,all black, all grey, or gray and black together, its all good. Can't wait to get a look at the Mach 1. Perhaps nice chrome bumper on the back of that, and painted up in Grabber Orange and Black....
