Be careful though, l heard the flames can go backwards and you'll have fire going into the engine.

I don't see the purpose, other than it is kinda cool to see that, but personally I wouldn't waste my time or money on that mod. Make your car faster like ECR5.0 said.

Easiest way:

Weld a bung for a spark plug in each exhaust tip.

Weld a bung for a jet (like a nitrous jet) approx. 6" infront of the spark plugs.

Run an ingnition coil to each spark plug.

Run a line from the jets to a bottle of propane, using a silinoid like those of nitrous kits to control the flow (on or off) of the propane.

Run power to the ignition coils and to a switch, a switch for the silinoids, and a failsafe that cuts ignition and the propane off (saftey). When it's all goin...you have fire.

It follows the same princibles as a propane grill.

I don't have cats!! I heard u can just install sparkplugs and run a wire to the coil and put u a switch inside to fire the plugs. do u have to use propane or can it fire off the fumes from exhaust?

Using the propane idea, the fuel is added AFTER the cats, near the tailpipes, so the cats aren't even close to the picture.

The idea sizerman is thinking of works when 1 cylinder is unplugged and the motor's reving like a bitch (rich ass exhaust path). It also works with all plugged in and the choke open wide up.
