I've been lurking around here for a couple weeks now, so I thought I should formally introduce myself, as I like what I see here and plan to stick around. I just picked up an '87, as you can see in my sig below, very happy with the car so far. I'm probably not typical of other posters here, I bought the car just to cruise in, no major mods planned. I'm almost 30, married, with a brand new baby boy, so while I like a little power, I have no desire to go suicide speeds. I also bought the car partially as an investment, I expect the car to go up in value over time, which is also another reason I want the car to stay stock (worth more unmolested). So maybe I can bring some different perspectives to the board! Seems a lot of the posters here were born the year my car was built, not that there is anything wrong with that. When I was in high school, a 5.0 Fox was THE car to have, the standard against which all other cars were compared. I finally got one!

Nice pick, that's a beautiul fox. Welcome to the forums. I'm sure that the car will go up in value definentally just not anytime soon.
