I have an 03 V6 that I'm just getting started on. I'm hoping to be putting out a little over 300HP in the next few months, so I'll be here asking alot of questions and giving advise on things I learn. Peace

The pics look great.
Ya, I'm getting a stage 3 HiPo power pak from Super Six Motorsports in a couple months. It will put me at a little over 300HP N/A. Then I'll super charge it, maybe.
Here's a pic of mine, not much yet.

It's true dual Flowmasters. I have just changed to 3" tips. I did it for looks, but it made the sound really much deeper. I like it.

hey man nice site you have there! nice details, on the exhast mod. you did will that make your 02 light come on?nice exhast job.my wife has a 99 V-6 35th. annv.conv. she wants it to sound like a 99GT 4.6 with flows does it sound close to that!she dont want it sound funny.i like that cold air kit you have also, what does that cost? could you tell the diffence in power after the ,exhast, and cold air kit ,and did the pulleys make a big diffence too?what the part #on those flowmasters?

The Flowmasters are 40 sieries and it does sound like a v8 at idle, better infact. But because of the firing order of a V6, it sounds differant when you get on it, but in a good way. I changed my 2.5" tips for 3" tips for looks, but it made it sound much cooler, deeper.
My CAI is a Mac, but I keep seeing no name CAI's identical to mine on Ebay for like $65.00.
The exhaust and CAI added a little, but the pulley was the biggest power change, and the least expensive.
You won't see the benefits of the CAI and exhaust until you get it chiped and dyno'd.

They do have alot of potential. I have other cars with built V8's, but I wanted a lighter car that I can build for handling. I can get 300 to 400 HP out my little six and have all the benefits of a V6. I plan on racing this one in a novis class for fun. A friend of mine does it and got me interested. The V6 Mustangs are winning all the races because their lighter and handle better than the V8's and thier building them so they're putting out the same horse power. As you can tell, I'm really passionate about this V6 thing right now.

Hey T, I just bought a set of long tube headers. I have'nt installed them yet because I'm sending them out to get jet coated. It takes about 3 weeks, maybe 4 because of the holidays. I'm so F'ing inpatiant, I hate waiting.
I went with long tubes because of the Hi Po stage 3 power pak I'm getting in a month. I'll probably put the headers on when I do the kit install.
By the way, I would go with short tubes if your not planing on any power adders. You'll see better performance with shorties with stock heads and intakes.HotRods_n_Booze37993.6040277778
