Painting Calipers - 8/2/2005 10:26:32 AM    yeayea0   Posts: 216 Joined: 5/5/2005 Status: offline 2 Questions First question, is it worth painting your calipers on your own or is it easier and better in the long run to just take them to a shop and do it right? second question, what would be the best way to do it if you were to do it by yourself? I have an 01 Metallic blue cobra with chrome rims looking to do metallic blue on the calipers if anyone is interested Post #: 1

RE: Painting Calipers - 8/2/2005 11:10:44 AM    AtlanticBlue99 Posts: 1369 Joined: 11/7/2004 Status: offline get paint made for calipers, this is a high-heat paint that wont fade. what exact color is your car? mine is atlantic blue metallic clear. i cant find a caliper paint this color so i am painting mine red when i switch out to straight slots and cross drilled rotors and new pads in a couple months.
