ok, as unrealistic as a Z28 is, a supra is even more unrealistic. that would be why i personally dont like them, in addition to the fact that they dont have much performance for the dollar.

Much to learn... The Supra has a perfect blend of speed handling and looks. And as far as performance, Turbo magazine stated it has one of the most bullet proof engines in the world, also making #1 for best bang for your buck. where you pulling these facts from? your ass?
Just as the other guy said. Try telling this to supraforums.com . I love both the Stang and Supra. The stang is all about american muscle, mean sounds, and 5 seconds in the 1/4 mile. Supra is a more exotic car that will waste stock Vipers, Ferarris, etc. at BPU level which is at the most $200. My uncle's BPU level is around 400HP only costing him around $150. SO what's high cost about the Supra that doesnt make it perform?

perfect blend of speed handling and looks? that one is merely opinion and since you cant back that up it's already a void argument. Turbo magazine can eat deez nuts for all i care, its engine better be bullet proof for $30k used. and i dont see how its best bang for the buck...if you have anything to rectify that, please post it. and as for the rest of your post, i dont even understand it.
now here is what i have to say...for the amount of power they can easily produce with a single turbo or whatnot, they never can seem to put it down well in the 1/4. i dont see them as the perfect car you guys do if it can't go fast there (fast being a relative term...they can be putting down huge numbers and still run 9's or 10's when other cars with the same output can be running 7's or 8's).

We arent saying we can go buy, were saying that theyre bad ass cars. Go over to supraforums.com and take alook at some of there cars, but then again theres just a bunch of ricers over there supras are notorious for being highway cars
I never said Supras are the s**t. I just said they're not as bad as YOU make them out to be.
dude supras are the s**t! people dont have to like them, but i havent seen to many documented cases of stock blocks holding down 1250whp, on any other car, excluding a new cobra.

I have my facts backed up. You however do not. So who's better some forum troll who doesnt know what he's talking about or 100s of engineer critics from turbo magazine. I think youre being skeptic that a Japanese engine performs better than you think it does which shouldnt be the case since road races are all about performance not tradition. SupraTT are as low as $15K-$20K with the same durability as if you bought it for $30K , $30K meaning you want a 97/98 TT. Was gone from camping during the week. You are right about them not doing so well in 1/4 mile times. but their RWHP is based upon that turbo spooling up, so you can expect half their HP at the start, not full RWHP, not to forget they do 9's without NOS. If mile runs were popular, you would see Supras at the top. As far as burning SUpras (bpu since no one keeps a stock supra)off the line, youd prolly only do a car length with a 2003 Cobra/BPU, and you have about 3 seconds for pride and joy that youre winning so far, before the Supra pulls on you and the driver has the last laugh.Syndicate37988.9107175926

first off...blah blah blah. second, last time i checked a troll isnt someone whos been a member half a year and posted over 3000 times. last, why have wet dreams over something you cant have? if you can have a supra, please get one, if you cant, then why worry about them?
Guys, let me say this. I have a 01 GT, and I have a neighbor that has a 94 single turbo Supra. That is the fastest car I have ever been in cantact with. I wish my GT was like it! He says the only problem with it is that he gets challenged virtually every type of car. He thinks they are either nuts, or just want to see the car run. I hate Jap crap, but that car is awsome.
I was set up to race a TT 94 Supra, 94 I think?, by a friend of mine. It was just for fun since I was pretty leary. I had on Mickey T's and he had street tires on. From a stop of course I owned him, from a roll it was pretty even, so I wasn't all that impressed. He was stock BTW.

Ya supras are really nice cars, expensive but cool. They have really nice style and performance capabilaties. To have a motor that can have 40 psi of boost thrown at it and have it walk away no problem is pretty impressive. Its basicly 1 of the 3 imports from japan I would ever own.

Supras are bad ass but they are made for turbos thats why they can take so much boost. i think they are an awesome car but in order to own one you have to have a decent amount of money and just about all supra owners do. thats why they are so fast. but they arent to reliable. Their have been alot of supras blowing their engine because the excess of boost but hey they have money to do it. i have seen stock stangs boosting 22 psi w/ a S/C and it ran i think low 10's or nines well i forgot as for the highway yea they are among the most feared because of the turbo they are packing but hey again there are lots of cars like stang, vettes, vipers, and 240's(w/ and S15 uder the hood) with a turbo that can rule on the highway it all depends on budget and setup. i have seen a DAILY DRIVEN 9 SEC STANG! of course with a turbo and a single turbo its pumping about 800-900 horses-daily driven- and run 9 on drag radials! Geez, that Inline 6 is probably the rockcrusher of all I-6s. Something for the M3 to come close, but not yet amount to. I love the backfire too.
My pal has a Supra TT that runs 11.2s on stock internals no nitrous. He's converting to single soon, but its a badass machine, breaking the thing loose in 3rd is not a hard task.

arent reliable????? are you kidding?? when you say "arent reliable" please tell me a 600+ hp car that doesnt have occasional problems??alot of supras do not blow their engines. the stock shortblock can handle 750+ horses. you really wouldnt beleive how many 9-10 seconds supras on the stock block there are that could be daily driven with no problems

uhh i dont thin anyone was laughing at him. stupidity? that is one of the most known supra entusiasts, i think he know what he is doing? theyre are alot of low mileage supras... high mileage supras still have plenty of reliabilty..were talking about the TT engine..
