Default 93 GT VS. 00 S2000

I raced a s2000 at the street races one night. we ran for probably 1/2 a mile or so.
it was a pretty even race but when we hit third i started pulling on him.
i beat him by half a lenth or so. i had my thumb on the spray button but i
decided to give him a chance. the moral to the story is all these people that
pour money into these hondas dont realize the potential of a v-8. its really sad.
that guy probably spent 35000-40000 for that car and i spent 4000 on mine and beat him.
that was the closest any honda ever came to beating me.

Damn 2000 why they all over you??? I was like that once and will still do it occasionally. Two cars built for different things.

Good run man.

meh, Ive only got just under 4000 in my car including price of my car & I can own a S2000 with ease. I also understand the potitial of V8, but dont care, I just enjoy peoples faces when the get owned by a Civic sedan in the "sports cars"... Yes it is sad, I know.. but I love it. & I dont think it poured money "into" his honda s2000, it was prolly just a stock car nothing special but a 20,000-25,000 price tag for the car new

dont forget to mention his car also handles, drives, feels, has a nicer interior, and with a competent driver would have probably beaten you if you are stock or close to stock. I have a friend with a blown S2K that would gladly hand you your ass.

Dont udnerestimate an S2K in the hands of a decent driver.

Youre also a douche for having LS What in your sig, with a basically stock mustang with some spray. Id be willing to bet when i was pure bolt on id have put buslengths on your car even if you sprayed.

Yea. Lid, longtubes, cutout ran a 12.7@111 with a 2.1 60 foot after having the car for a month. Im quite a bit more modded now, and can drive alot better. Slow ass GT.
