What do You Think…If we put out a program like this would you participate?
Going to a road course with a bus, car trailer, spare parts, engines and equipment like a race team is cool but not many can do it. We all can drive our cars and have fun. We are trying to create a series of Road Course events for Mustang, Charger and GTO owners around the country. This is not a race. It is a Performance Driving Day that includes education, track time, food and lots of car people.
Track sessions are limited to 20 minutes so that the cars stay together. There are other events for purpose built track cars. This event is for street cars that you drive to the track and back home. We will keep score by brand and have some fun with Mustang, Charger and GTO owners across the country with 6 events in 2006 on Saturday and Sundays IF there is interest.

To the MF Board,
I did send an email requesting permission to test the waters and see if we could get enough cars and sponsors to get this program going. If we get the test date filled, if the people who attend like it and if there is enough interest to run these six times a year around the country we will become MF Sponsors and invite MF to be a key sponsor.
To the MF Sponsors,
You all know that providing trackside support for 80 cars is not a profitable activity. To be able to have parts for upgrades and repairs we need you on board. Our intent is to have each MF or LS1GTO Sponsor bring certain types of parts: Sponsor A OEM pads, rotors, etc. Sponsor B Baer, Sponsor C AP or StopTech. You get the idea. As the event managers we will provide the people for Safety Inspection and Repairs along with the required equipment. Sponsors would be able to bring Trailers and Cars for the Track or Display. Our intent is to control the expenses so we can break even or make a small profit. The objective is to grow the community, have fun and increase the number of car lovers on Road Courses.
dude that sounds cool as $hit i would def be down for that and i no a bunch of kids from my area would also be down for something like this...props man good idea
