I had a tag on my rearend that said 3.20, but mine was a manual and that thing would only do like 90 MPH. Yeah I switched out my 200 and put a 351W in it, but I still have to change the rearend and the front hubs. I'm suprised that little 7.25 rearend hasn't blown up yet.

Hey 91GT,
Someone told me that those rearends were pretty strong. Only drawback was the right wheel drive rather than both. You may be able to get some money for it when you swap it out so check your options.
Secondly, did you have drums all around and are you swapping your front hubs for an aftermarket kit or from an existing year of car? I didn't look into it a ton but saw it was pretty expensive to swap my front drums for discs using kits.

Well, right now I have the drums all around from the 200, but I had a 9" rearend out of an f-150 narrowed and then had them weld the ends of an 8" rearend on it and just put the backing plates and drums from a '68 v-8 mustang. For the front I just got some front spindles off of a '76 Granada and all I have to do now is get some rotors. Oh yeah if you do that you need to grab the calipers off of the granada too. By the way my mustang stops like s**t with the drum brakes, all I have on it now is some coil springs for the 351 and a bigger sway bar in the front. This is getting kinda long so I'll tell you the rest later.
