Default I’m the new guy

Proud owner of a "paid for" 1991 Mustang GT. Actually bought it in 1996, but have been in Japan since 1997.

Now that I'm not making payments on it, I'm ready to upgrade/modify/enhance/tweak (you get the point) it.

Would appreciate any suggestions on where to start first (ie suspension, engine). It will be my daily ride so I'm not looking at anything to extreme. I would like to eventually enter it into car shows, once I get new paint job and stuff (storage kills a car).

Look forward to responses

Aaron

What are you into?

Going fast, handling, being loud, or (god forbid) all show?

I'd have to say, speed and handling mostly. The show aspect is just having a reason to get out the house and hang with folks with nice cars.

Get headers, cat-back system, x-pipe without cats, good shock&spring package, tires, subframe connectors, ignition, intake, and gears. That will be around $2500 if you shop from Summit.
