I know a 94 gt with bbk cold air, headers, h pipe, and 40 series flows, oh yeah and 10.4 mm taylor race wires will beat the same acura that dude was talking about.  I raced one last nite and had him by 2 car lengths.

now, when I get my 331 stroker bored .040 over, with je pistons, edlebrock performer intake and a 175 hp shot of juice... Ill get him by about 7 cars.  (Ill never have this motor LOL).

my buddy just put one in his 93 gt, running 7.10's 1/8th.
meh....maybe i was wrong about that my bro read it on a forum...wich of course can be wrong.....and as for putting boost into an american big block...whats kinda mpg would you get??....i'm guessing it wouldnt beat 21mpg....wich is what a 1000hp supra can get.......
Very s**tty gas milage.

Know why a 1000 supra can get decent gas milage? It doesn't make that 1000 until redline. It's way over rated, and makes s**tty power/torque below the peak (and therefor consumes less fuel). The rest of the time, the turbo's just adding gas milage.

I had a 85 also gt by the way your brothers was probably a 4 cyl. had to be no way your so called 14's could have touched it!!! by the way the conv. minus the wait is way slower than a coupe or hatch (t-tops) its called err o somethinng or another. i've got a 88 conv. now also a gt had quite abit more ponys in it stock than the 85 way nicer ride but the 85 was  way more powerfull short and long! you hit 90 or so and those conv.have a s**t load of resistance against em' any way keep convincing yourself that coffen is even close to compairison to a 5.0 put another tv or digicam in it or something that'll do it.
