1 - Magnaflow or Flowmaster (basically performance or sound)

2 - X pipe of H pipe

I'm redoing my exhaust this spring and want the most performance possible.

I'm redoing it in spring.  A main factor is that the H pipe hangs so low, it scrapes all over the place.  In order to compensate in the cat back system, I had to lower and in a sense bend it over the axel to make enough room.  I just hate shotty work, and I want some more power.  If I just put in an x pipe, it will not work right because since the Flows are in croked already, they will be angled directly toward the ground when I finally get everything hooked up.  I just want it to be nice and quality.  I have some other stuff to take care of first, so it all depends on money.  I need to figure out why my car makes the ticking noise when giving it gas first, and fix that.

Another good flowing muffler is the Dynomax.  I dont know the cost, but it's worth looking into.

I've never seen a Magnaflow system that cost $600.

I see 99% of Magnaflow systems going for $385 shipped.

Yah, I found a good site with them for cheap, but I definately did see ones selling for like 577 bucks.  Not an exhaust leak on the ticking, because I'd hear it at idle too, its either pre-ignition or lifter I think.

If you want to be certain about the lifter go t Harbor Frieght and pick up a stethascope for like seven bucks,  or just use a long screwdriver as long as you keep it out of the rotating assembly

More like $350-$400, seen them on ebay for $299-$329 shipped depending on which year car you have.

Vfast.  Are those automatic cut-outs  on that X-pipe?  And I was wondering what company carries the DR.X  X-pipe?
