You need to send a PM to don_w. He frequents the track and even though he has the GT, he has be generous with his suggestions to other auto tranny owners.

I am still trying to perfect the launch myself, but what has worked best for me is to roll into the beams shallow, and then powerbrake the car up to the stall point (around 2400 rpms... I can feel it begin to tug a bit at that point). When I see the 3rd amber light flash... I mash the loudpedal and get off the brake!
I am having 4.10s installed tomorrow, so this Friday I'll get to test them at the local 1/8-mi track. I can't wait!
