yeah take it to a ford dealer to have them fix the accuracy.  Yeah white face gauge plates are great if you get ones that are in good quality.  Some look like s**t but some look really good.  All depending.

I messed my gauges up. Becasue i changed to the white faces.  I did i ever want to kick myself in the ass for doin it.  cause know i miss my black face gauges.  But some of the gauges are easy to fix.

For the gas just fill the tank and put the needle on full.

go for a ride with your buddy drving next to you and match speeds and either scream your head off to what speed he is at. or becareful and us your cell.

the battery use a volt meter and well you know.

the rpms and coolent your on your own.

My old car was a piece of cake to do overlays on.  You pulled out the whole gauge assembly after unplugging it and slipped the individual little gauges through the needle and it was done.  It took longer unscrewing the screws than placing the gauges.  I want to do the A/C and gauge faces on this car.  Anybody with a sort of write-up for 99+Mustangs would help me later when I buy them.  Post other write-ups on gauges for other years to help the others.
