I'm wanting to modify my trunk to fit a 17" wheel down.... I think right now there about 14"w and about 6-7 deep.... Have any of you done this? I've been planning out what I need to do and I think I got it. Shouldn't be too dificult, but if any of you have done this or know any complications please let me know before I start hacking into my car lmao!!!!!!

I dont think I want to cut deeper than it already is... Dont want that gas tank lower cause then my aeroshield wont fit properly..... Its hard to get under my car where the tank is cause its covered by body work so Im not sure exactly where its mounted at... is it  more to the sides of the wheel wells or is it stabled from the center also?
