I got a friend who has a 2001 Mustang and his seats will lean all the way back and mine won't. He told me that there was something that I could take off and ine will do that but I can't find anything that will come off.

Will someone please tell me what I could do to get my seats to layy all the way back because my stupid friend won't tell me how to do it.
