omg....i was visiting durango, colorado on saturday afternoon....went up to visit some friends...used to go to college there....so anyways i was on my way out of town and i got caught at one of the stoplights....well my car being the pain that it is sometimes, the throttle was sticking so i turned the car off to reset....when i turned it back on i heard a rev and the whine of a supercharger....im like looking all around thinking what the hell....didnt see anything so i grabbed some gears and took off from the light....low and behold this toyota tundra that had been behind me comes hauling up next to me....and he revs it again...i almost wrecked i was laughing so hard....so i was like ok buddy lets see if you can keep up....so i took off and left him in my dust.....by then it was time to get off on the exit and i didnt have anymore room to play so i waved as i drove away....i laughed all the way home for 45 mins straight....it was sooo funny...a damn tundra....lol, jenna

Run whatcha brung man.
Besides, the lightning is a supercharged pickup.
I waxed a guy in an 80's 911 doing the stoplight-stoplight drag once in my 96 Bronco. Guy was arrogant, didn't think I had it in me. Roasted him off the line.
For me though the pleasure isn't always winning. I'll mess around with a vastly superior car for the challenge of taking him off the line - like the GS400 I got my doors absolutely blown off by in my '91 Civic (bone stock DX hatch). I had him off the line, but by the time I hit the other side of the intersection he was already halfway down the block. :)
