Default Confused and getting mad

Can someone please tell me how to save a animated sig and how to host it. I have tried so many different ways. I thought i had to save it as a gif but it wont let me imageready. I then transferred it to photoshop to save it as a gif but it wont open as a animated when i try to open it. it only shows the first slide as if it were just a picture. I will love any help i can get

What I do is go to "Save For Web"...but I don't have an official animating program.

once again jonbeast,,thanks. I started looking for "save for web" and found"save as optimized which worked just as good.
