Hey im new here but i have a 1994 mustang gt convertable i have flowtech off road h pipe flowmaster american thunder 2.5 exhaust a bbk cold air induction march performance p ulleys new alternator new 8.5 mm wires distributor advanced timing fuel pump... How can i hit 13's with its AODE transmisson? i was thinking about a shift improver kit will that help me and 4:10s i dont want to burn it up it is my everyday driver for now but please help i want to hit 13s and earn some bragging rights. thanksWyDoPn37962.5450115741

Well 13's can be accomplished even with an AODE, but first your not going to want to put in the 4:10's I have those in my ride.... you need a lower gear like 3:73's so you have more top end..... change out your heads, new cam, maybe different manifold, lose some weight on it cause them 94 conv are heavy, and throw on a huffer and your well on your way..... Youll have to add a few more things for sure but it's a start......

thanks for the advise but wats a huffer and also is the ford explorer intakes the same as a gt40 bec i heard that they were how much would that help me? i appreciate the help thanks

start putting you car on a diet. lighter wheels and tires(slicks in the rear) loose the passanger seat run racing fuel , cold air kit bigger mass air meter and throttle body. headers and exhaust 3.73 gears, shift improver would work great. get a chip burned for it.

i was thinking about getting a chip burned for it but how much will that help me and how much $$ as far as tires and rims i orderd cobra r rims but i got bf goodrench g force kdws z rated tire seem to stick good when warm but wuts the cheapest route to go fast as i can WyDoPn37963.8366782407

weld drag lites all the way around. skinneys up front with some mickey thompson front runners and some 26x8.5x15's slicks in the rear

i might consider that but how much will a drive shaft help me a lighter 1 carbon fiber aluminum? you all are the pros im just getting new in to this please help me out with the best advise and cheapest route to make me go the fastest i can go

carbon fiber $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ alum not bad on the $$ side but the wheels and tires that i prescribed should drop a 1/2 sec off.

2. set of drag radials
3. under drive pulleys
4. 4 gallons of gas when you race
5. 3:73 gears
6. 80 mm mass
7. 185 'stat
8. lighter wheels as stated before
9. relocate battery to the right rear
10. 13's

well i have a 89 mustang lx 5.0 automatic and i have full length mac headers, Mac off road H-pipe, and flowmaster catback and 373's with k&N filter and 9mm spark plug wires and im in the 13.8's
