Just wanted to say hey, and look forward to learning from all of you guys. I just bought my first new car, a '05 Satin-Silver GT and I couldn't be more pleased. I've never owned a Mustang before, or for that matter anything over a 4 cylinder point A to point B car, so I'm having a great time. Really excited that I found this place and I've already learned a lot, thanks guys!
Welcome, nice car. I like the silver. I, myself, are in your boat. I bought my first car ( 05 gt mineral grey) about 7 months ago. I had driven a cheby truck and 82 cj-5 jeep in high school and a busted a$$ 626 in college. When i got on my feet after the schooling i jumped at the mustang and have loved the car. I hope you do the same. Do you have any mods in mind, or are you going to be a good little boy? I recently put in the SLP axle back exhaust and it sounds great.

Thanks guys, yea its quite a jump from a beat up used 89 camry and then a used 94 mazda 626 (like gtneckbreaker) for getting around through college and up until a month ago. I have a few mods in mind, specifically the C&L w/ Predator and maybe an X pipe or just axle back exhaust for now. The SLPs are looking pretty good, but I don't want to be obnoxiously loud, just a deeper rumble than stock, which is why I was checking out the SLP Loudmouth IIs, but not sure if they are avail for the 05 gt yet. There are a few other mods but im still researching and learning about what I want to do. Thanks again, cya around
