the RX8 could beat anyone on here on a AutoX Course

oh i forgot to tell..since we were talking about hennessey vipers.........they r SICK. my buddy just got a 99 viper and its been to hennesey down in states. apparently car got written off down in states and some local body shop in vancouver bought the car along with damaged ferraris and 2 other vipers. they fixed it and my buddy traded his 2002 dodge r/t dakota for viper and some cash. so hennesy installed their own cam,along with their intake and ported/polished stock heads.installed full bassani headers and exhaust.car dyno'd at 560hp at the wheels!!!!! he took me for a rip and man that thing is sick.mind u guys i been into some fast cars before-87 mustng lx coupe that runs consistent low 10's all day long and other corvettes,but this viper sounded so mean. its funny how i was having a ****ty day and after seeing that car,it made my whole week:)

yea there is this one guy who lives around me who owns a black gallardo and his real mean machine is a built up viper. i forget the kit he had gotten for it but hes putting out about 600 hp. i would kill for a ride

Just buy a corvette man... You can find a C4 with a LT1 for around 10 grand these days, there pretty cheap

haha tell everyone that autocrosses where you live that they suck at autocrossing.

The RX8 is good, but it's a heavy car. There are better vehicles out there to autocross with.

all i hear is HATERS you guys need to stop.i hate it when ford or chevy guys hate on each other.and all you guys that said it was a auto thats the best thing for a fast car.pull up on me with your 5 speed and just see what you get a auto with a stall is the best no mistakes and a perfect launch every time

Love my Mustang for its looks..dont like the fox body much ( too square looking..roof top too high back too short..IMO ) and those earyl 90's up too 98 are just a little too soft looking for me..and too say the 3rd gen Camaros are GAY? well i dont agree..Those are the best looking camaro's ever build in my opinion...68-69's look good but the 3rd gen Camaro is a beatiful look. Much better looking then the 4th Gen speed boats. Would love to have that body style with a LS1 straped onboard. GAY? Not even close.

well i dont like how the 4.6L run but i love the looks of them. They just dont have the pull of a 5.0L. They also cost so much to mod. But thats just my opinion

yeah i agree.i installed x-pipe and flowmaster on my buddy's 2000gt convertible..gotta admit its lacking low end torque.even with x-pipe and flows.i remember reading it in some mustang magazine that 4.6 l dont have enough low end torque as compared to 5.0..but never really realised it would be that noticeable!!!!

as a 5.0l owner...i MUST admit one thing about them 4.6....it sounds way better then 5.0l with flows and h-pipe (stock vs stock).we have a local guy with 97 gt stroked to 5.0l or 5.1l...man does that thing sounds mean.
