our stroker's suck in more air then the 302's and yes it does make a difference with the more power the less the lag

Can't even remember if my throttle was ever not-instantaneous.
But it did seem a little more touchy after the new engine.

But got some pics of my current dilema:

Hurrah for Wheel Clearance!

What would cause it to do that? Its not like you changed anything with the struts or alignment right?
I take it wasnt like that before.

Yep, made the swap to a QA1 Tubular K while the motor was out.
It's got slots where the holes to mount it go so it can be adjusted.
I just need to jack it up and pull out the cherry picker to support the engine so i can move it about a bit easier.

And it's going in for an alignment this monday

If I get that nasty clearance problem fixed.
You betcha.
Unsure if I should try the slicks or not.

May go for just the street tires the first time out.
The dig is going to be odd, havnt driven my car in 9months really and it's making quite a bit more power.

I believe that aftermarket K-members are supposed to push the tire forward a little. This is the way they are designed.

This allows you to dial in a higher positive caster ideally for lowered cars. So if you don't have caster/camber plates already I would suggest get some to fix your problem.

And yes it is not supposed to sit that close to front...

What size rim you have...17"?

No not fixed yet, been to a couple alignment shops and theyre telling me they want nothing to do with it.

So, guessin I'll have to slide that side of the k-member back, and pick up some poly spring isolators and some cc plates
EDIT: under friends account name, Whups!
