Can anyone out there tell me for sure if Tungsten Grey is going to replace Mineral Grey?

Mineral Grey is nice and my original choice, but Tungsten Grey is a great color, and since I have to wait for a new stang anyway, I might as well get a new model year color, but the dealership I placed my order with couldnt tell me which new colors would be replacing which. If it is replacing Mineral Grey I'll just sit back and wait for them to tell me that the color has been discontinued, and then go with the Tungsten. If not, I'd like to know early enough so that I can change my order to Tungsten when the '06 specs are realeased. Thanks.

The "05 Mustang" brochure lists Mineral Grey as an exterior color option. Where did you hear of the new grey? "C"

KandyMans got it right. Its definitly a new color for '06. What I wanted to know was if anyone out there had an inside scoop on if Tungsten Grey is going to replace Mineral Grey?

Kandyman, how where you able to order your '06 in Tungsten when Ford hasnt yet officially announced it as a new color? Or have they?

Hey KandyMan, do you happen to work at an authorized SVT dealership? "C"

A couple months ago, a salesman here in NC told me that he had placed my name on their list for an '07 GT 500. I just learned last week, through three other *laughing* salesmen, that the dealership here IS not and WILL not be authorized to sell the new Cobras.

So, I was just wonderin' what your thoughts are. Got any good suggestions for me? "C"

GBPackerFan, You can go to Ford's website and find an authorized SVT dealer here in NC. I work at Dale Jarrett Ford and we are an SVT dealer. When you go to their website you have to do an "Advanced Search" and in the drop down menu click on "SVT product" Be careful because some of them are only authorized to sell SVT Focus products, and it lists them differently.

By the way, I started a list a couple months ago, so if we are the one they say won't be selling them, look it up and laugh back at them.

Yes, Tungsten Grey replaces Mineral Grey, and Vista Blue replaces Sonic Blue.

Hey, Fordseller! Thanks for your quick response. To set the record straight, it was NOT Dale Jarrett Ford I was speaking about. I know you guys are an authorized SVT dealership. (I was speaking about a dealership closer to home...but shall name no names.) "C"

P.S. I responded to your e-mail. Thanks again!
