All you have to do is get your eye doctor to sign a paper that says your eyes are sensitive to light and it is legal for you to have tinted windows. That way, if a cop pulls you over, all you have to do is show him the paper and your good. My friend told me about this, I have to get a copy of the paper from him. They make you up a card.....how sweet is that! PA laws is 35%, once I get my card, I'm prolly gonna go with 15% all around.

Mune,

Where in FL do you live? If around the St. Pete/Tampa area, could you tell me who did your work? I'm thinking about having my '05 tinted.

Thanks.

The dealer had ours tinted as dark as it was legal here...at times you can't see my hubby sitting in the car and only his hands on the steering wheel! They didn't put a strip across the front, guess they thought it wouldn't look good with the mustang dot design there or thought it would look dorky. Didn't ask for it either.

Hey man if you live in VA theres many places called L.A. Tint that will give you 27%, you gotta ask for it though. I have 27 in front and 20 in back and it looks good. You most likely will gett pulled over for 20 in front though

Can you have decals with tinted windows if so should you have the decals on before you have the windows tinted or after?

I just got my car redone. I used to have 5% all the way around and 50% on the front windows... Now I have 35% all around. Looks OK, but I am scared to get pulled over and wasted money. Virginia here and will post pics later.

What would you all do to get this pass from your eye doc? I want one and I had lasik, so I could have a real chance.... lol
