Default How Do I Know What State?

I have a 92 SSP...

I looked for the tag by the radiator and can see that it says POLICE, but can't see the state...

Is there any way to figure it out without having to pull stuff apart?

And if anybody is interested in buying it, it's for sale...

Thanks.
