How about some details? What car do you have? What do you want out of it? How will it be driven? The more info you can give, the better the answers will be.

Hello From England. I nearly went to Sweeden yesturday actually

Check out the Cold air kits and the Predator tuning boxes (both for under $800). NExt would be an exhaust. ITs better for us EUro's as the fuel is about 10ron higher octane than the states

If you want to go big with an 05 I would suggest starting with upgrading the shortblock. If you are going to run a high level of boost it will be needed

And what would i need to do with the short block??? cause i dont know what to do.. i got the money for a kick ass TT and from what i understand it is worth doing if you got the cash..... at the same time the only octane levels we have here are 95,96,98 in sweden not sure how the car would respond to them

Is this the European level of octane? The conversion to american standard makes them a tad bit lower than whats on the european pump. 95, 95, 98 equates to aroung 89, 90, 93 American equivilant. Just something to keep in mind.

You sure about that.. Surely an octane is an octane in any country?

The fuel here is refined differently the states.

I'm sure our octaine over here is a higher strength because old american cars over here would have to have their timing ajusted a few ago. This newer stuff seems to ajust a little easier.

Yeah I'm sure, it's even listed on the Military gas pumps showing the difference. Don't know if it applies to the UK though.

I dont think its right.. I was speaking to someone who used to run some type of aero fuel in his car and it was 97ron (the same a super here)

Our best stuff (optimax) is 99Ron! and it even smells different!
