Can i see Saleens on a car WITHOUT A BODY KIT! please and thank you!
I don't know how i feel about them, i really don't like 17" wheels, but 18s look like.. i dunno, even when stock diameter tires are used, it makes the car look jacked up from some pictures that I see. The bullts and Fr500 dont seem to do this but i haventpaid to much attention to them. Is it just me or does anyone else have any opinions?
I want it in black to go with the black mustang

What color were you looking for? 265/35 front and 285-335/35 backare good tire sizes. It all depends on your springs. Do you have stock springs? If so, itll look like a truck
Why will it look like a truck? those tire sizes you mentioned are smaller than stock, it'll be even lower to the ground. Either way, i'm on sportlines;
I want te saleens in black. 265 35 is way to small a diameter, I was pondering 255 40 up front, and 295 or 305 35 out back.
If you have sportlines then its gonna look damn good. Im dont quite understand the whole tire size thing. I just know the ones I listed are recommended my AM. Your best bet would probably talking to a tire place
Well no, they shouldn't rub. I put 255 45 17s up front and they didn't rub, and they are the same diameter as 255 40 18s, and i've got like 3 fingers of gap in the back soi should be able to fit anyting i want back there.
The thing is, or it could just be me; 18s give a mustang sort of a jacked up look sometimes, even on lowerd cars. Infact, even my 17s do it, like when i see it parked in the middle of a parking lot or something, and my car is slammed
Well.. yea the body kit is what makes the saleen.. and the S281..cant forget about that.
i'm not trying to make my car into a saleen clone..thats all out rice IMO, i just like the wheels.
I may just decide to go with 17s. Theres a guy at scool with chrome saleens, i havent had a chance to speak with him though. i'll ask him to let me put it on my new edge for a 6 pack or something
