I am thinking of putting the below hood scoop on my GT, there are two - the first one below is $99...... and second one is $139 but looks nicer I think.....I want your opinions please?????? Also - most important of all, the hood stripes will have to be taken off my hood and put back on once the scoop is fitted, after looking at below picture do you think the stripes will go over a hood scoop??? I have not seen a GT picture with scoops AND stripes and so if you have that I would love to see a picture!!!
The 2nd scoop looks great in that head-on shot, but when I've seen pictures of it from a 3/4 frontal view it looks like it's too far back on the hood. It is only about 2" from the rear edge, and that looks peculiar to me.
I like the first hood scoop better. If you are striping your car, go around the hood scoop. I makes it stand out better. For me, I want to get the Shelby hood for mine and a chin spoiler.

I'm still holding out for a good shaker scoop... I don't care too much for either of the choices here.
I'm startin to have that feelin as well.....not completely sure about either of them so may leave it some time and see what else comes to the market - the second one I think is probably better but I am not sold on that one either for now!
