There are a series of numbers printed (not engraved) on the tops of my pistons, 3.7382 and .060.  does anyone know what these mean?  I think my engine has recently been gone through, the scoring on the cylinder walls is horizontal not vertical, is it ok for oil to seep past piston rings? I pour oil on top of my pistons and it slowly seeps out. could this be because someone went through my motor and the rings just have not seated yet? I want to fix any major problems before I put my manifold back on, any advice?

   Please...?
