Default Nitrous on the 5.4????

Ok I'm hooking up spray on the 5.4 how much of a shot will it be able to hold(stock timing and intake)? and will I need new plugs?

Get some NGK TR6 plugs and spray it with a 100 shot.

Pretty much all the power restriction rules for the 4.6 apply to the 5.4. Just think of it that way, the 5.4 is no strong then the 4.6.

so whats the biggest/safest shot to put on it...I know nothing about nitrous???? I can tell you that the internals are stock 01 expedition 5.4 so....what do you guys think hell what do you run in yours?

I'm not a nitrous guy but everyone says you can get away with a 100-125 shot on a 4.6 so I think you should be safe with that on a 5.4. Really the only difference is you're going to have a higher piston speed because of the longer strong on the 5.4.

You'll be fine with a 125 shot. If you don't want to mess with the timing just put a window switch on it and set the activation rpm at 3000 rpms. Hey Brent, check your PM's.
