Default JDM Stage I

Was wondering if those of you with the JDM Stage I would mind giving me some feedback on the differences between the stock 435, 475 and Stage I performance.

Given that this is a "Warranty Voiding" alteration, has everyone waited until your warranty expired, or just said the heck with it and did it anyway.

My options would be to put in the Saleen 475 kit (on a 2006 car) or put the JDM stage I and void the warranty..

Your opinions, experiences and thoughts are appreciated..

E

Stick with Saleen parts and keep the warranty.

Hi Eric, I went with the Saleen 40bhp upgrade (435-475) the difference is indeed very noticable, the throttle response is fantastic and the pick up of speed has improved quite a lot.

I have the stage II, and just got back from my dealer for a warranty item (supercharger coolant cap replacement) 5 minutes ago. They did not mention anything. I think it might depend on your dealer. They can do what they want. I would figure out who you were going to use for service, and ask them about it. Also, JDM is an authorized Saleen warranty facility. Heck, they are doing all of the new tunes in stock Saleens now too. I am curious if the warranty ruling has changed due to that.
