Default Need trans and clutch advice

I have a t-45 /w a stock clutch that has 75k on it. The trans synchros are ****ed, grinds going into 2nd at high rpm and now third at high rpm. Makes track and racing no fun at all. The clutch is spongy and is needing an upgrade. I don't know what to do about either. I'm on a short budget and the less the better(more for school). I've been throwing around a rebuild but for the price i could get a remanufactured one from Hanlon or spend a little more and get a Promotion one. Also i was told Promotion makes a t-45 rated at 750hp? Any news? I think a tko 500 or t56 swap will be to costly for me. What about clutches? I've been thinking centerforce dual fric, findanza 2.1, or spec stage 2? Not sure at all any suggestions appriciated.

Default RE: Need trans and clutch advice

idk, with your setup i would probably stay with the t45 for price get it rebuilt cheap, then put a king cobra clutch in it and you should be good, unless you are going to be adding a lot more power
