Default engine vibration on and off at idle

Im currently having a problem with my 93 GT, when it is sitting at idle, the tach doesnt really move, but the engine will shake for a second then go back to normal. I would say the shakes are roughly 10 seconds appart. What do you think this could be? also the sound out the exhaust makes it sound like its cammed for the short few seconds when its shaking. It doesnt cause any drivability issues though so im not sure if it is an idle speed motor failure or possibly a bad harmonic balancer. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Default RE: engine vibration on and off at idle

clean the IAC out with intake cleaner spray and your throttle body
