would you sell/trade your s197 for an 04 Cobra of your choice?

just wondering..

but if you stumbled upon an 04 Cobra.. color of your choice, mild mods, or even stock.. would you sell/trade your S197 for it? if you did, how much would you want in difference money wise.. (like the cobra + $3,000)

asking bc some times i think about it.. but at the same time.. i reallllly realy want to keep the car i have right now, for the rest of my life.. and thats foreal.. like i can see one day when i have a son.. working on it and it being his first car.. or something like that.. but i could do that wiht the cobra as well i guess?.. only thing i cant get around is the freakin interiors on those damn new edges.. [:'(]

whats your guys opinions?

Well.
It's not even close really. One is just a mustang, the other is a cobra.
Are you serious? I would have bought a cobra if I drove used cars first, and when they were new I was in Iraq and Afghanistan respecively.
I tried to get one used, but the thought of some guys girlfriends feet on my used car's dash made me puke. I've never owned a used car and never plan on owning one, so my hang up is a double edged sword. My OCD stopped me from finalizing two similiar deals, one 03 cobra the other turned out to be a Katrina 04 cobra... So I ordered my 07 in Oct of 06 after reading a MM&FF article that showed how easy it was to get the s197 into the 12's. My point is get the cobra

I would trade in a second, the Terminator engine is sick. I wouldnt even think twice about it.

The IRS in the cobra is actually nice. I've driven several terminators and all had a superior ride to a stock s197 along with more power

i love my car and im bad like this i want to many but it would have to be low mile and super clean for me to trade for it. but i love my car and i wanna keep it i like what ive been doin to it so far

You got me there

. I haven't driven a Cobra w/IRSbut several SN-95's and New Edge's. They all sucked bad compared to the S197 suspension...

However if you want a car that your "son" can inherit, keep your S197. Way better build.

That cobra is probably my favorite out off all the mustangs. I just dont know what it is haha. Well why dont you buy a 99 or 00' cobra for like 11 grand and have both. I might buy one of those in the farrrrrr future.

I could have bought one when I got my S197 and didn't then. Wouldn't know either.
