Default Question about headers on an 04 auto

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums and I had a question about exhaust.

I have an 04 gt coupe and I was wondering if it was possible to put longtube headers on it. I heard a rumor that I wouldn't be able to since it was an auto, can anyone clarify this?

I was thinking about running pypes long tube headers with an o/r H, and pypes full catback with violators

If I can't put the LTs on I was gonna run the pypes shorties with an o/r X and pypes full catback with violators

Either way, I can't go wrong, but I'm really hoping for the LTs as far as sound and power.

Thanks!

Default RE: Question about headers on an 04 auto

You can run lontubes. Either SLP or MAC, not sure about pypes, you might wan tot call there tech. Don't forget to get the o2 extension for the LT, there not long enough. Everyone online has them. You will also have to get mill eleiminators of you get a oOR midpipe, . If you have a handheld, you can turn them off.
I have a auto also and it took us 10 hours to get this done. No fun. If you don't have the patience, you'll pay $300-600 for labor. good luck.
