They will but

I wouldn't bother unless theire older heads with a DO0E or similar casting.

You're probably going to want to work them over if you're not buying them with work done to them. If they're very old, you're going to want hardened valve seats for unleaded fuel.

And you'll need some head bolt bushings to reduce from 1/2" bolts to 7/16" (351 to 302 block)

But if you get some older 351 heads, do some porting work you could have yourself some really nice flowing heads. I've seen a lot go on ebay with a lot of work already done to them for far less than aluminums.

nothing if they are the newer ones...if that's the case they are almost the same as e7 heads but if you are talking about c9oe or d00e heads then they will up compression a little and if you can find a set already one up cheap it may be worth it

dooe heads are almsot the same thing as gt40's but you can spend too much if your not careful

expect to pay $150 set for them, and you can find '93 cobra heads for roughly $300 or a little more w/ some port work already done

just shop around, imo it's worth either one

FYI, you really dont need head bolt bushings, the two alignment dowels keep the heads lined up with the block and once the bolts are tight those heads arent going anywhere. I WOULD use some grade 8 washers under the heads though, just so the head of the bolt has a good contact area with the cylinder head.
