Ok so I ventured to the V6 forums and got into a debate with some of the sixxer guy's about muscle car's.....those clowns are saying that basically unless you have a termi, or a gt500 your mustang is not a "muscle car". I copy'd and pasted a definition out of a dictionary with a link and it said that a muscle car is defined as an American Sports car with a big powerful motor, rear wheel drive, and that its an affordable sports car....straight out of wikipidea....which to me sounds like a mustang. I'll admit my 2v GT isnt a big bad 427 shelby but I still consider it a muscle car.....what do you guys think?

[ul][*]handles like its not on rails[*]doesn't have great brakes[*]beats the **** out of any occupants on a rough road[*]isn't known for gas mileage, or an excuse to get that particular model because of it[*]same as above for insurance[*]RWD....yeah, that's it[*]has a nice growl that the majority of people would recognize as such (instead of 4 people saying OMG ITS BADASS)

sweet.
i consider a muscle car - 1. at least V8 powered 2. rear wheel drive 3. small to midsize two door car - the more power the better but as long as it can burn the rear rubber and meets these qualifications, id call it a muscle car. the GT definately makes the cut.
