Default c5 z06

hey guys my buddy wants to race me in his dads car so i need some help. he has a c5 z06 and th eonly upgrade is headers with the mods i have now am i still going to get killed? or should i win

I'd say the Z wins especially from a dig...They have better low end gearing, more tire to the ground.....His GTO has about 50whp on a Z with full exhaust,but he is also heavier by a few hundred poundsand I'd like to see the Goat get traction with that power, since I'm assuming he's running streets....

I've learned recently from the guys on this sight that just about anyone can cut a1.8, or1.9 on street tires when drivingaGTO.If that is the case it should be close. But I'm picking the Vette to outlaunch the goat also. The 400 plus pounds the goat weighs should use up most of the GTO's horsepower advantage in this racebut I like your chances from a highway roll up to 120. Vette from dig, jradke123 from a roll.
