Default seatbelts

how can you take the top bolt of the seatbelts off??

Use a hex key

2.3 turbo / no mods rly / 15 PSI / around 180 RWHP / 30 mpg

PB-blast it before you try to remove....That stuff works amazingly well.
I think the seat belt bolts have locktight on them don't they?

I think so, but after 20 years it's the rust holding them in[&:]

i went out and bought a hex key, there was no loctite, no rust, nothing on it.. but it came out easily..
